Determined to return to an active life after ACL/Meniscus surgery, I knew it would take perseverance, a good attitude, and the right partnerships to heal. Partnering with a great surgeon, excellent physical therapy, and VitaKinetics has helped me to fully recover. With Vitakinetics I was able to stop taking the serious medication within a few days post-surgery, and now I’m working out, hiking in the mountains, and my family and I will be climbing Half Dome again in October. (Skiing next season is on the to-do list)! VitaKinetics will continue to be a daily part of my life as new adventures unfold. JoAnne (Jo) Neish
